Refund Policy

We have a 14-day refund policy on our programmes and courses, which means you have 14 days after starting your programme or online course to request a refund if you feel it does not deliver the value as promised.

To be eligible for a refund, you'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at mahalstudio@outlook.com.  If your refund request is accepted, we’ll refund the purchase amount (inclusive of any discounts or promotions) to your bank account within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mahalstudio@outlook.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your non-digital goods may take longer than expected.

Please note, unfortunately we do not accept returns and/or refunds on PDFs and ebooks purchased on our website.
